End Suction Pump

Introduction

IS end suction pump is a single-stage single suction (axial suction) clean water centrifugal pump, which is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, as well as agricultural drainage and irrigation. It is used for transporting clean water or other liquids similar with water. The temperature shall not be higher than 80 degree .It is designed by ISO 2858 standard.

Structure Description

IS end suction pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve and suspension bearing components.

The pump housing (i.e. pump body and pump cover) constitutes the working chamber of the pump. Impeller, shaft and rolling bearing are the rotors of the pump. The suspension bearing component supports the rotor component of the pump, and the rolling bearing is subjected to the radial force and axial force of the pump.

In order to balance the axial force of the pump, sealing rings are set at the front and rear of the impeller of most pumps, and balance holes are set on the rear cover plate of the impeller. Due to the small axial force of some pumps, the back of the impeller is not provided with a sealing ring and a balance hole.

The axial seal of the pump is divided into three forms: soft packing seal, mechanical seal and rubber oil seal.

The rotation mode of the pump is connected with the motor through the elastic coupling. From the driving end, the pump rotates clockwise.

Features

IS end suction pump casing and cover are divided from the back of the impeller, has the advantages of convenient maintenance. During maintenance, the rotor parts can be pulled out without moving the pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline and motor.
